My experience w/ eurotech has been hands down the best experience w/ a body shop and honestly the best experience I have ever had w/ any place of business.this was the 4th place my car was taken to for my front end knocking noise on my lowered suspension.Jose the owner was the top mechanic in n. I did my homework before I took it to Jose and you should too. Not trying to sell you his service, check it yourself. Also to this note, he use to work for Audi!! New or Used he is certified to service all Audis. I am so glad I met Jose and will be telling everyone who has an Audi to take it to him and you will be so pleased. Talking to Jose, he actually gave me the run down and pointed me to every details that were missed and could of been fixed at the Dealer when I first bought it to them, but ignored it. These problems were obvious to any mechanic and the dealer has ignored it to avoid spending money on their end.Ĭost with labor $2,550 Extended warranty will be paying for all of it. 2 months later battery light goes on and brought it to a local Audi service here in Culver City, Euro-Tech Mortors, as it turns out, there were more problems that the Audi dealer have missed. I did bring it to this Audi dealer in SM and had it inspected for anything wrong, which they did, I thought they did. I have a 2005 Audi S4 and bought it used and still had warranty left, but also extended it till 75k. For Ive been a long time Eurotech customer and advocate, however with where they are going today, I thought it was necessary to tell people that they are not the same Eurotech you knew before. Its unfortunate that I even have to write this review. And this guys supposed to be the service manager? He got defensive and tried to flip it, by using the logic that the both Audi Service Departments are lying, and you dont know cars. So the following day I went to 2 different audi service departments to inquire about how much the same work would cost, in which both service departments quoted me less!! twice!?Īfter the work was done to my car, I felt that the price was a bit steep. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and it was ready by 3:30pm. I wont go into specifics, however I will say this. They will still do good work (due to Jose), however they will try to charge you an arm and a leg. Now, Eurotech will try to take you for whatever they can get. That was until Ardy (Artie?) took the helm. Jose has always done great work, and at a fair price. Ive taken my prior Audi, and current Audi there whenever I had car issues. Ive been a long time customer (since the W. 2 stars because at the end of the day, they still do good work.
